Meet Alicia Machado, the former Miss Universe who Donald Trump keeps body shaming
The first presidential debate showcased a lot of criticism, denial, and truth bombs. At one point, Hillary Clinton put Donald Trump on blast for calling a former Miss Universe winner "Miss Piggy" and "Miss Housekeeping."
Trump kind of denied doing that, but then repeated those body-shaming comments during a phone interview on Fox & Friends the following day. So much for denial.
The victim of Trump's body shaming? Alicia Machado, Miss Universe class 1996.
Machado, of Venezuela, said she was the first Miss Universe after Trump bought the pageant, and she was humiliated by him.

During her time with Trump, he taunted her about her weight, made racist comments about her ethnicity, and failed to pay her for commercial work she did for the company. After gaining some weight following the pageant, Trump had reporters follow her around to watch her work out and threatened to take away her crown. She said it was not only humiliating, but harmful to her self esteem and health.
Fast forward to today, Trump is interviewed on Fox & Friends. He reiterates Machado's claims.
"I know that person, she was a Miss Universe person and she was the worst we ever had — the worst, the absolute worst...She was the winner and she gained a massive amount of weight, and it was a real problem."

Well, to show Trump how she really feels about him, Machado just became a U.S. citizen and will cast her vote in November for Hillary Clinton.
