Former Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders, like everyone else, was watching the debate last night. He decided to tell everyone by posting a tweet.

Sanders probably did not intend for the image to spark so many emotions, but it definitely did. Many people were quick to point out how sad he looks. Others basked in their own sadness at his absence on the stage. Regardless, the Internet was in its feels last night about Bernie.
