North Korea is still launching nuclear tests, and now the US is responding big
After a recent nuclear test in North Korea, which caused an earthquake in the country, the United States has responded big: We sent two supersonic B-1 Lancer strategic bombers over South Korea.
The fly-over is being seen as a flexing of U.S. strength over North Korea's budding nuclear program.
US Treasury Secretary Jack Lew said the US would keep pressure on North Korea. He said:
"They have done more testing both of nuclear weapons and of missiles in recent months in a way that has the world's attention clearly focused. ... The goal is to change the policy."
