George W. Bush awkwardly danced for slain police officers


President Barack Obama, alongside former President George W. Bush, visited Dallas to speak at a memorial service for the five slain police officers.

During the service, the Battle Hymn of the Republic was played and George W. just couldn't help but smile and dance while he held First Lady Michelle Obama's hand.

Seriously. Look at his face. And that sway.

Many people witnessed his bopping and swaying and were confused, to say the least.

Bush's spokesman Freddy Ford said that GWB was just moved by the music:

"I hope they can open their hearts to the history and text of The Battle Hymn of the Republic; the finale song that moved him so ... was selected to conclude the memorial because it is a joyful, spiritual, triumphant song."

Some people found it, well, kind of rude:

But others just used GWB's awkward moment to bust jokes:
