President Obama visits Dallas with George W. Bush to honor the slain police officers

President Barack Obama visited Dallas today to speak at a memorial service for the victims of last week's slaying of 5 police officers.

This is the 11th time that President Obama has spoken at the site of a mass shooting.

Former President George W. Bush, Dallas Police Chief David Brown and Mayor Michael Rawlings also spoke, with Rawlings saying:

"I have searched hard in my soul of late for what mistakes we have made. I've asked, 'why us,' and in my moments of self doubt I found the truth: that we did nothing wrong. In fact, Dallas is very, very good. Our police are among the best in the country. I'm in awe of our police officers."
