#DemocracySpring, a 10-day protest that has reached the White House, saw 400 protesters arrested. That's the largest number of arrests at the Capitol ever.

UPDATE: Over 600 people have been arrested this week.

What's #DemocracySpring?

The group stands against corruption and big money in politics. They had thousands signed up ready to protest and get arrested during the march from Philadelphia's Liberty Bell to the steps of the US Capitol.

The police had to use multiple buses to transport the protesters. One of the participants was Cenk Uygur, a host of "The Young Turks" known for bashing Hillary Clinton.

The sit-in is continuing until April 16th. Some people have called it the re-branded #OccupyWallStreet, because the major supporters are left-wing activists.
