Mark Zuckerberg wished the world a Happy Lunar New Year … in Chinese
Who knew Mark Zuckerberg could speak Chinese? Well, if you watch him wish you a Happy Lunar New Year, you will.
Zuckerberg, his wife Priscilla Chan, and baby Max are celebrating the Year of the Monkey. The couple also revealed Max's Chinese name and shared their hope for a brighter future. In Chinese.
BTW, Lunar New Year, AKA Chinese New Year, is the day when the Chinese celebrate the traditional changing of the calendar. Basically, it's the Chinese January 1st, only bigger. Everyone celebrates with their families, and money is given to children in special red envelopes, because red is the color of joy.
A lot of people are getting in on Lunar New Year, not just the Zuckerbergs.
